Meet the Founder 

Melissa Villegas

Born in Peru, I grew up with a deep appreciation for the beauty of the world around us. Over time, my love for the outdoors grew into something more: a belief that spending time outside helps us slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and find joy in the little things.

Roami was born from that belief and a simple idea: what if getting outside felt a little easier? I wanted to create something that made it effortless to find a comfortable spot, embrace the moment, and enjoy the mental-health benefits of being outdoors wherever life takes you.

Roami is more than a portable seat. It’s an invitation to step away from the everyday noise, reconnect with nature, and make room for more joy, connection, and adventure. Because sometimes, all you need is a little space to sit, breathe, and just be. Roam freely. Live fully.
